What does this mean?
I’ve been walking a lot, Fitbit type tracking steps. Equivalent to Five miles, trying to get back in shape, have lost some weight.
OK, well that makes perfect sense then. Good for you! Its not an easy thing to do. I love to walk too.
Yes I have to push myself sometimes. I’ve been trying different things as far as losing weight, this seems to work so far. And I am exercising, so two birds one stone.
